I'm still not sure I'll ever get used to being on the other side of the camera. I was a television news producer for 12 years. And let's face it, I was practically born with an innate need for watching tv. (Sometimes I feel like Saturday morning cartoons were made just for me...)
But practice makes perfect with anything - dating, being on tv, watching it (hey! That's why I'm so good at that. LOTS of practice!). I'll keep practicing everything that I need work on, I suppose. Life continues to be a work in progress.
This video clip is from my recent book promotion trip to Portland, sitting with my new friend, Kimberly Maus. She recently got married, so we spent lots of time in the commercial breaks talking about boys. Pretty much felt like we'd been friends since grade school.

You are so poised and articulate in front of a camera-- a natural! Great interview!
